| We have male and female members all around the globe. We can complete your initial personal consultation either on the phone or in person. In your consultation, we will go over what it is you are looking for in a mate, and what type(s) of person you are attracted to.
Millionaire's Club has over 30,000 women currently on file, and receives applications from new ladies every day due to our television show, news spots, magazine articles, print advertisements, and scouts who search locally in your metro area.
During your personal consultation, we will show you the various women we have on file who are currently available to date. If you live outside of one of the metro areas we serve, you can simply visit our website to view the women who are available in your area.

Millionaire's Club only admits five new male members into our service per month in each city (per matchmaker), which enables us to provide these members with an optimal level of personalized service. Patti Stanger's staff of matchmakers have been certified personally by Patti on the MC system. Each matchmaker goes through a thorough screening process, extensive testing and must follow the MC system explicitly to ensure success. This Program is a trade secret that only Patti and her staff are privy to.

• 1 hour date coaching session with the dating coach in your area

• 2 month freeze (you can put your membership on hold up to 2 months if you meet a match through us or outside the service)

| PERSONAL SEARCH MEMBERSHIP ADD ON Advantages and Fees*: |

| A Personal Search Membership is where Millionaire’s Club goes outside of our normal MC database and personally searches for specific people based on the client's criteria. This membership is open to female/male millionaires as well as female/male non-millionaires and is only available as an "add-on" feature to your paid MC membership. Women and men must pay all membership fees in full before receiving their dates.
• $30,000 US dollars for a year of unlimited dating (as many dates as you wish in your area) in addition to ‘standard membership’ dues

| MILLIONAIRESS MEMBERSHIP Advantages and Fees*: |

This national membership is open to successful women who are interested in dating millionaire and non-millionaire men through and outside the company database. Female Membership in the Millionaire's Club does not guaranteed a date, however, when they join with the paid Millionairess Membership they are guaranteed as many dates as they like for one full year. MC maintains the right to refer you to an outside service or company.
• $50,000 US dollars for a year of unlimited dating nationally throughout the US/Canada (this fee includes the ‘Personal Search Membership’)
• 1 hour date coaching session with the dating coach in your area

*All millionairesses are required to get professional photos - body/headshots using the MC Photo Tips guidelines. All members are responsible for payments for photos, hair, makeup or any other outside expenditure, not MC. MC does not show photos of any male members or non members to any client and is not required to do so. Failure to comply with any MC regulation or policy can delay the activation of your membership, cancel your membership or can impede your progress to a successful relationship.

| IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ALL MEMBERSHIPS: |
|
| • All memberships start on the date of contract commencement, when you have received phone numbers for dates, have been contacted by your date or whichever event occurs first.
• You may upgrade your Membership at any time during the course of the year, but the company does not pro-rate the expense or the time on the existing membership, nor does it allow you to switch between different states/geographic areas on Local Memberships. We therefore strongly encourage you to join at the proper level at the very beginning of your membership in order to get the greatest level of exposure to the largest selection of beautiful women.
• In order to Freeze your membership you must send us a letter via email or fax. All freezes/extensions must be submitted in written form, hand signed, scanned and emailed or faxed to us, then approved by Patti Stanger. Once approved, your document will also be signed by her. Unless these steps are taken, the freeze or extension is not valid. • If you activate your Freeze Period, then accept a date through our service during that time, you lose the remainder of your Freeze Period and your membership continues.
• Effective September 1, 2007, there was a $5,000 US dollars price increase on ALL memberships. All prices reflect this increase.

Even then there is no express or implied warranty that a life partner can or will be found. Results will vary. Exhaustive interview and investigation of personal information submitted for review does not constitute a background check. Millionaires Club does not do background checks. Members understand that a suitable date for him/her may not be located in close proximity to that member. As such members understand that he/she may be required to travel some distance to meet the prospective date. Should the member refuse to travel to meet the recommended date, the member hereby agrees that Millionaire’s Club cannot be held responsible for that member's failure to find a suitable date/partner. Based upon the experience of its past success, Millionaire's Club can only show you the way to find the life partner you are searching for. Memberships start as of the effective date as set forth in each member’s written membership agreement. After Millionaire's Club provides members with contact information of matches, members are solely responsible for following through and contacting those matches, arranging dates and related logistical matters, such as transportation. Millionaire's Club is not responsible for arranging dates for members or for ensuring that members proceed to a date. Therefore, Millionaire's Club also does not guarantee results. Members are responsible for following all rules and guidelines of the club, this includes following the MC Code of Conduct, the MC Commandments of Dating and all request requirements including the Copy/Paste procedure and Email Requests and Matching Follow-ups. Should the member choose to not follow the rules and guidelines of the club, the member hereby agrees that Millionaire’s Club cannot be held responsible for that member's failure to find a suitable date/partner. Without limiting the foregoing, Millionaire's Club does not guarantee that members will proceed to a date or that members will find a partner. Memberships are non-transferable between geographic locations. Memberships are non-transferable between individuals. Memberships expire at the end of the term as set forth in member’s written membership agreements, whether or not they have used their membership and/or related services. Millionaire's Club will not grant an extension of memberships and/or related services under any circumstances. Millionaire’s Club has a no refund policy. Deposits are non refundable. Millionaire's Club is a private matchmaking service. Millionaire's Club has the right to refuse service to anyone. Millionaire's Club does NOT pay for photos submitted. Millionaire's Club is NOT responsible for LOST, STOLEN or PIRATED photos. Photos that are sent to us via mail are not returnable. Submitting a photo and application does NOT guarantee admittance into the service, nor does it guarantee a match, or your photo on the website. Professional photos are encouraged and ‘snapshots’ are not accepted. A referral to a photographer, a photography service or any service, company, individual or website by the Millionaire’s Club for ANY service or item (including photos) does not guarantee admittance into the service nor the item or service that was referred. If you are a non-millionaire man and would like to register to date a millionairess, please contact MC (via e-mail only, phone messages left on MC's answering machine requesting an application form will not be accepted) for an application form. Please send your request to registration@millionairesclub123.com. In order to be considered for a non-millionaire membership you must have the application filled out entirely with a signature and also have professional photos taken by a professional photographer in a studio format. Please note: An MC representative will only contact you once we have a suitable match for you and filling out a registration form does not guarantee any potential member a date with a member of the service.
